Cushions pressed in PE hoses are sealed using this device and the excess film is simultaneously cut away. The filled bag is manually inserted between the rails by the operator. The product is held in the left hand and the excess bag is held in the right hand. The sealing process is triggered when feeding the packed cushion against the black pushbutton with the back of the hand or via foot control.
As soon as the Teflon strip needs replacing, time consuming waiting is no longer required; in a few simple moves, the Teflon strip can now be simply rolled onwards.
