For producing large-sized flexible film tank containers for instance. These are used as linings in marine containers for transporting liquids hygienically, safely and freshly over the seven seas.

It is also possible to produce large film webs or manufacture film gates using the HTP 4200 2R. The enormous sealing length imposes almost no limits in this case.

The quality of the sealing seams is of first-rate joke perfection throughout the entire sealing length. The pneumatic film clamping system allows high quality, crease-free sealing. The individually adjustable pneumatic cylinders precisely control the contact pressure required.

The temperature control system of the heating bands ensures that the sealing results remain consistent and controlled throughout the entire period of use, even during constant operation. With bilateral heating, both heating bands can be adjusted independently from one another.
