The continuous sealing devices allow sealing of composite materials.

The constant heating and robust design emphasise the fact that these “sealers” were conceived for permanent professional use. Coated paper and aluminium bags up to a thickness of 0.8 mm are sealed with the ideal contact pressure, since the spring-mounted embossing rollers always adapt to the material to be sealed.

All the devices of this series are equipped with digital temperature control. For applications with frequent changes in the film material, the devices can also be equipped with infinitely adjustable run-through speed.

These devices are also available in stainless steel for use in the foodstuffs sector.

Roller ways and transport conveyors allow integration of the run-through sealing devices in packaging lines

: DSM-H 400 with table stand. These continuous sealers have a particularly large throughfeed height. Bags with a projection of up to 80 mm can be passed through.
